Cancellation Policy

Booking Your Session or Bundle All coaching, consulting, and empowerment sessions must be booked in advance through the official booking link or by contacting Kia Palmer directly. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. Once payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message with your session details and instructions for joining virtually. Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting Kia Palmer. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled session may result in forfeiture of that session. In the event of illness or emergency on the provider’s side, Kia Palmer will contact you promptly to reschedule at no additional cost. Late Arrivals & No-Shows If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. If you miss your session without prior notice, the session will be forfeited and is non-refundable. Bundle Validity All sessions within a bundle must be used within 6 months of purchase unless otherwise specified. Unused sessions after the validity period are forfeited and non-refundable.
