Qualification Requirements

• Valid business license/resale certificate

• Physical retail location and/or established e-commerce presence

• Minimum 1 year in business

• Active social media presence with engaged following

• Alignment with our brand values of faith, self-love, and confidence

 

Initial Order Requirements

• Minimum opening order: $1,000

• Minimum reorder: $500

• Orders must be placed in complete size runs where applicable

• Payment required in full before shipment

 

Pricing Structure

• Standard wholesale pricing: 50% of MSRP

• Volume discounts available for orders over $2,500

• Seasonal promotions cannot be combined with wholesale pricing

• MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy must be strictly followed

 

MAP Policy

• Products must not be advertised below 75% of MSRP

• Promotional discounts limited to 25% off MSRP

• Holiday sales must be pre-approved

• Violation of MAP policy may result in partnership termination

 

Product Display Requirements

• Products must be displayed in a manner consistent with brand image

• High-quality product photography must be used

• Brand name "The Calico Boutique" must be clearly visible

• Product descriptions must be accurate and complete

 

Ordering Process

1. Submit wholesale application

2. Schedule virtual meeting with our team

3. Review and sign wholesale agreement

4. Place initial order

5. Receive wholesale portal access

 

Payment Terms

• First-time orders require payment in full

• Established partners may qualify for Net 30 terms

• Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, credit card

• 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments

 

Shipping & Delivery

• Free shipping on orders over $2,500

• Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $2,500

• Drop shipping not available

• Allow 5-7 business days for order processing

 

Territory Protection

• No territory exclusivity guaranteed

• Multiple retailers per area at our discretion

• Online sales restricted to approved platforms

 

Marketing Guidelines

• Use of The Calico Boutique logo requires approval

• Social media posts must tag @thecalicoboutique

• Brand voice must align with our faith-based, positive messaging

• Marketing materials available upon request

 

Product Returns

• Defective items eligible for exchange within 30 days

• No returns on non-defective merchandise

• Shipping costs for returns are retailer's responsibility

• Items must be in original packaging

 

Inventory Requirements

• Partners must maintain minimum stock levels

• Regular inventory updates required

• Seasonal items must be displayed promptly

• Old inventory must be removed when requested

 

Partnership Termination

We reserve the right to terminate partnerships for:

• MAP violations

• Misrepresentation of brand

• Payment issues

• Poor customer service

• Breach of agreement terms
