SHIPPING POLICY

At The Calico Boutique, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on timelines, carriers, costs, and more.

 

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready to ship.

 

Shipping Carriers & Methods

  • We ship all orders using Shippo, which partners with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

  • Shipping carrier and method are automatically selected based on your location, package size, and delivery speed.

 

Shipping Origin

  • All packages are shipped from our East Coast shipping location.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, order weight, and selected shipping speed.

  • Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows (after processing) are typically:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Please note: Delivery estimates do not include the 3–5 day processing window.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

  • You can track your shipment using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • The Calico Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with Shippo and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
