REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Policy

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

    • In original packaging with all tags attached

    • Free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other stains

    • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

 

  • Special Considerations

    • Jewelry and Hair Accessories:

      • Must be in original condition with all packaging

    • TCB Image Eyewear:

      • Must be returned with original case and cleaning cloth

    • Calico Naturals Products:

      • For hygiene reasons, these items can only be returned if unopened and sealed

    • Custom-Designed Items:

      • Due to their personalized nature, custom items cannot be returned unless defective

 

Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via email at kia@thecalicoboutique.com within 30 days of receiving your order

  2. Provide your order number and reason for exchange

  3. Receive a return shipping label (if applicable)

  4. Ship the item back in secure packaging

  5. Once received, we'll process your exchange within 3-5 business days

 

Refund Information

  • Original payment method will be refunded

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

  • Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days after we receive the return

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item:

    1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    2. Include photos of the damage

    3. We'll provide a prepaid return label

    4. Choose between a replacement or full refund

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items that have been opened or used

  • Custom-designed pieces

  • Final sale items

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Items without original packaging or tags

 

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Please mark package as "Returned Merchandise"

  • Customer is responsible for any customs fees

Store Credit Option

  • Choose store credit and receive an additional 10% bonus

  • Can be used on any regular-priced items
