About the event
Join us for Growth in the Garden, a community-centered gardening activity that will focus on how to purchase seeds, and plants on a budget, while learning to regrow food from plant/food waste. Come ready to build positive relationships with nature, the community, one another, and yourself while you learn simple gardening skills.
Space is limited—register early to reserve your spot. Come prepared with water, a towel, knee pad, gloves, gardening hat, sunscreen and other items that will assist you. Be sure to check the weather!
This is a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn gardening skills and create a community space that you may visit at any time. You will also receive items to assist in your gardening journey. It’s a fun way to build confidence, curiosity, and care for God’s creation.
